How our subscription works

  • Billing

    Welcome to the magical realm of Fitted, where every subscription is a journey filled with wonder! Upon joining our enchanted circle, new subscriptions will be billed upon sign-up. Then, as your adventure unfolds, subsequent shoe box collections will be automatically charged one month prior to the delightful arrival of your next shoe treasures. It's like having your own personal fairy godmother, ensuring that each step is a magical experience!

  • Cancellation

    We are dedicated to creating an enchanting experience for you and your little loved one. However, should you wish to bid adieu to your subscription, simply send a raven (or email) to hello@fittedfamily.com with the following magical incantations:

    • Account holder name
    • Account holder email
    • Reason for cancelling
  • To ensure a seamless departure from our kingdom, please request to cancel your subscription at least one month prior to the next shoe delivery. This will prevent any unexpected charges from sneaking up on you like a mischievous pixie. Oh, and don't forget – our return policies are as enchanting as our shoe collections. Failure to return unworn shoes within 14 days of receipt or cancellation will result in an automatic charge for the last box sent.

Is shipping really FREE?

At Fitted, we believe in making every step of your journey magical. As a member of our enchanted circle, you'll discover that FREE standard shipping is just one of the many delights that await you. No need to wave a wand or summon a fairy godmother – it's all part of the enchantment when you join us. So, slip into your glass slippers and become a part of our fairy tale family today. Your shoe dreams await!

How do returns work?

Got cold feet about your purchase? No sweat! You've got 14 days to send those shoes back to us. But, if you've decided to send your shoe collection back home to us, remember it's a package deal! We're talking the whole enchilada here - all three shoes need to strut their stuff back in their original packaging. No solo flights for these shoes!

Once we get those shoes back in their pristine condition, we'll swoop in like your fairy godmother and process that refund faster than you can say "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!" Expect that magic money to reappear in your account in 7-10 days.

What about exchanges?

Got a size snafu? We've got your back, or should we say, your feet! If your dancing feet need a different size to feel like royalty, no worries! Within 14 days of your purchase, you can swap any pair for a size that's just right. Whether you're a Cinderella looking for the perfect glass slipper or a Prince Charming seeking a snug fit, we're here to ensure your royal tootsies are pampered in style. Just remember, while we're happy to help you find your perfect size, color and brand swaps are like pumpkin carriages – they'll have to wait for another fairy tale (aka the next seasonal box)!

Frog princes and magic carpets aside, you'll be the one handling shipping costs for returns or exchanges – unless, of course, we goofed up. If that happens, we'll happily send you a golden ticket (aka prepaid shipping label) to make things right.

How to start a return or exchange?

Feeling the need to switch things up? Shoot us a message at returns@fittedfamily.com and let us know your shoe saga. Don't forget to include your order number – we'll be your fairy shoe-mothers and take care of the rest!

Can I send back just one pair?

It's a package deal, folks! Either keep all three shoes (size swap approved) or send the entire box back to us. No playing favorites here!
